Women in Energy

The SIPA Energy Association’s Women in Energy group aims to increase the presence and leadership of women in energy and energy-related sectors. It aims to build a community to support networking and other opportunities for students to connect with women professionals and leaders in the energy field, and provide leadership skills trainings and workshops. Past events have included a solar panel installation with Grid Alternatives, a salary negotiation skills workshop, and luncheons with women SIPA alumni working in the energy field.
